NordRoute Explorers provides a matching service that connects travelers with independent Norway travel specialists. We do not directly provide travel services, accommodations, or transportation. We act as an intermediary to facilitate introductions between you and vetted travel specialists.

2. No Warranty

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• You will be matched with a specialist
• Any specialist will accept your booking
• Travel plans will proceed as expected
• The website will be error-free or uninterrupted

Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for researching specialists, reviewing their proposals, and making informed decisions about your travel plans.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Communicate respectfully with specialists
• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to bypass our matching process or contact specialists directly without using our platform

4. Limitation of Liability

NordRoute Explorers is not liable for:

• Any disputes between you and travel specialists
• Cancellations, delays, or changes to travel plans
• Accidents, injuries, or losses during travel
• Quality of services provided by specialists
• Data loss or website downtime

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any). In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
